Room prices are per night for two persons including breakfast. The rooms will be released before 11:30 am. Arrival at the Riad is from 2 p.m. to 8 p.m. If you wish to deviate from these times, please contact us.

If a booking is made for one night, a surcharge of 10% will be added to the room rate!

The other prices and notifications:

A tourist tax of €2.50 per person per night will be charged. The table above shows the standard prices for 2 people. In high season the standard price is €10 more and in low season €10 less.
The price for one person in any room is the standard price for that double room minus 5€. For the first extra bed you pay € 25.00 and for the possible next bed € 20.00 per night.

Children up to 5 years old can stay for free. Children up to and including 12 years pay € 20.00. A cot is available.

These prices are valid up to 5 nights. If you book from 6 to 10 nights, you will receive a 5% discount on the standard room rate. From 11 nights a 10% discount is given and from 21 nights a 20% discount.

A lunch in the afternoon (1 pm) or a three-course dinner in the evening (7 pm) costs 10 € and 15 € per person respectively. Book in advance..

The hammam can be used from 4 pm. The rate is € 10 p / p per 30 min. Zara or Fatima will scrub you and a massage of 30 or 60 min. can be given afterwards. Book in advance.
We also organize a cooking workshop in the Riad. You then go to the covered souk with Zara, prepare the purchases in the Patio kitchen ready and finish it off in the kitchen with fragrant herbs. At the table we taste and eat at 7 o'clock with possibly other guests.

A bottle of Moroccan wine costs 12€, a bottle of beer Special (also Moroccan) 2.65€.

You can use our transfer service from or to the airport: 20€ depending on the number of people.

There are also special services, champagne on the roof terrace at sunset, breakfast in the room, rent of the entire riad, etc. The rates for these and other excursies are on the table of the salon/lounche.

Payment can be made by bank transfer or in cash with Euros or Dirhams. For the conversion from Euros to Dirhams we charge a rate of 1 to 10.

All reservations of at least 3 nights, paid in advance and a direct booking, will be rewarded with a free meal.
